This new home is a mountain-modern take on your typical Colorado lodge, with spacious open-concept interiors, massive windows throughout and five bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate groups of twelve. Enjoy 360 views of the mountains, including the Outback Bowl in Keystone and Imperial Chair Lift in Breck. Located three miles from the BrekConnect Gondola and four miles from Breckenridge's Main Street, this ranch home maintains a high level of privacy without sacrificing its proximity to Breckenridge’s most exciting attractions.

    Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and well appointed and the views are fantastic! We had 8 adults plus a 3 year old and 1 year old and the accommodations were great for everyone. Convenient to get into town or if you want to take the “back way”, you end up at peak 8. Either way gets you to your destination in under 10 minutes. I would definitely book again!

    3 generation family stayed at this beautiful chalet. Great views from an absolutely amazing house. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodated us at the very last minute. Had snow and were able to use the sleds outside, etc. We really loved our stay and will cherish the memories.

    Greg’s home was perfect for our large group, and just as described. He was a great host, very responsive to our questions and needs we had while at the home. He did stay in the connected garage apartment a couple of nights while we were there, but it was no different than staying in connected condos/townhomes somewhere else. I would recommend if you are planning on cooking during your trip and need baking dishes or pans, pick up some disposable ones at the grocery. Apparently some of Greg’s previous guests decided to take those when they checked out. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed included some spices.

    It was a beautiful home - Owner/Property Manager lives at the house, which isn't ideal. And If you want to grill, "You can get it (propane) refilled for $36 at City Market. Just bring in an empty one to swap out." A house of this caliber should have a functioning grill, or a willingness to fix it.
