About this house rental
On a 1300 m2 plot, this independent house ideal for couples and families, is located in Cannigione 150 meters from the sea (La Conia locality) and includes 2 apartments (back to back), one of which is occupied by one of the owners. You have at your disposal: private parking inside the property, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with 2 sleeping places, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer with automatic icemaker and table for 8 people. The apartment is limited to a minimum of 2 adults and a maximum of 7 people children included. Outside: fruit and ornamental trees, aromatic herbs for the kitchen and a private area with outdoor shower, an outside dining table near the barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace. Wi-Fi is unlimited and free. In summer the house stays cool but is also equipped with fans. Exposition: South-East
This house is located less than 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach.
The main entrance is through the large kitchen. All the rooms are spacious, and in the living room 2 people can sleep there.
Inside the property, there is room to park 2 cars, in addition there is a space for hanging clothes, and another space for garbage cans, well separated from each other and hidden from view.
The apartment is equipped with linen for the beds, for the bathrooms, and everything you need for cooking.
Arrivals are flexible from 11:00 to 23:00

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks in Sept. 2020.
As the pandemic was still going on, Laconia was not fully open & we had some bad weather - so we spent more time at the house than normally we might have done.
It has a "homey" fell - it was the family home before it became a holiday let - so it was not unpleasant staying inside.
The garden was very nice, with various fruit trees - we managed to have the last two of the seasons figs - with good garden furniture for lounging & dining on the terrace in the good weather (and there was some).
The house is within easy walking distance of two or three beaches - and the 2 bars & 1 restaurant that were open at that time (there were other restaurants, presumably closed because of the pandemic) .
Cannigione (with supermarkets & more restaurants) is less than 2km away - walkable for lunch along the coast road with views across the Golfo di Arzachena.

Très bonne location de vacances. Maison familiale gérée par la famille. Une belle maison où tout est à disposition, le nécessaire est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Pas loin de la mer.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und auch die Fürsorge. Sie gaben sich große Mühe für unser Wohlbefinden. Auch die schlüsselabgabe ist super gelaufen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand. Empfehlenswert
