As you step inside the property you will be greeted by a sense of space and elegance. Includes modern furnishings and a stylish decor, the villa is a haven of comfort and relaxation throughout. The living area features a corner suite sofa, here you can unwind and watch TV with many UK channels, adjacent to this area is a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table with patio doors leading to the terrace.
The highlight of this villa is the huge outdoor terrace, where you can make the most of the all year round sunshine. We invite you to step outside and take a refreshing dip in the private heated pool! Surrounded by many sun loungers which are perfect for soaking up the warm sunshine. Holds multiple dining areas with shaded pergolas, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or a delightful evening gathering, the terrace provides perfect setting for entertainment with the group or even to enjoy delicious meals cooked on the BBQ.
Adding to this attraction, the terrace also offers partial sea views of the Atlantic Ocean! At this holiday rental you can experience the best of both worlds, a central location with all amenities within meters and a peaceful retreat with enough space for up to 10 guests plus infants. Air conditioning that is offered throughout this property is not included in the price. The sandy beach and Marina are just meters from the villa and offers a large selection of excursions and water sports. Immediately outside the property is a large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the accommodation is in a busy area, the villa remains remarkably quiet.

Would highly recommend this villa. It is central which is what we wanted, lots of space, we spent lots of time around the pool area, swimming pool is heated and warm, there's a pool cover which we used and covered the pool every night. The roof terrace is very peaceful and allowed some of the group to have some privacy from the rest of the group, sunbathing on the roof terrace is a good spot with lovely sea view. We had an amazing BBQ day, we purchased the food from the large mercadona supermarket which is a couple minutes walk from the villa, the kitchen area is equipped for a BBQ day for 10 people. The interior is well maintained, bathrooms are in excellent condition. Mattresses are comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. The location was perfect for our group, no need to get taxis anywhere, you can just walk and then walk back to the villa. The local beach in Puerto Colon which has golden sand and lovely calm sea only a 2 minute walk away, lots of local amenities, many local bars showing live sports for the boys of the group. Lots of places to have breakfast in the morning many restaurants serving food throughout the day and bars with late night entertainment. We had friends staying in the complex next door in club atlantis and they could not believe the size of our villa for the location. This is an excellent holiday rental and we hope to return one day.

thank you for letting us stay at your lovely villa we had a great time and loved every minute of it it was better than we expected, the property is spacious plenty of room, very clean, nice outside dining areas, a huge pool that was heated, beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped to cook for 10 of us, sea views from terrace which is a bonus, the local area is perfect we had everything on our doorstep we didn't hire a car either. We would recommend this villa to others and would like to book again

The location is very central, the villa is more or less 200 meters to the beach and all frontline amenities this is a very popular area in Tenerife with everything you could imagine on your doorstep. The marina is next to the beach with tons of activities/excursions. We all done a boat trip, went jet skiing and my brother and dad even done a sea fishing trip one day. Although the villa is central, it remained peaceful and quiet and no noise could be heard. The villa itself was up to our standards and everything went smoothly.
