Size, location, cleanliness, number of beds and quality of beds, lots of bathrooms, layout was great, pool was a good size, lots of sunbeds, outside area nice, lots of glasses, cups etc. basically everything 👍 and a big garage to fit a mini van in, and very secure with an alarm, and a perfect welcome from the lady who let us in, she was fabulous and so nice. Oh. And the lift was a nice touch as over four floors.
Nothing. All was great and all worked.

Huge property with lots of privacy for all guests.
Modern design with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Great location right in heart of Costa Adeje, but still a quiet area after 10.30pm.
Postal address confuses taxis. Best tell them; Oasis del duque (opposite Iberostar Selection Anthelia), Calle Londres, Adeje, or they’ll drop/wait for you right round the block, which is a long walk!

Location was excellent, close to beaches and restaurants, shopping.
Two toilets needed repairing, hot water was not hot and pool was very chlorinated on arrival. These issues were rectified but 3 days after arrival !! Pool was barely heated throughout our stay. Wifi sporadic except on level 3.
Beds had only one pillow per person !

To find the property really poor ,Taxi could not find the address.Phoned the agent and his English was poor to guide us in .3 taxis wondering round trying to find the gate to gate in ver stressful
Lounge very small for 10 guests .Barbaque no gas then got gas then didn’t work for New Year’s Eve Barbaque .Property set back very secure but no views .Hotel next door with live entertainment
