About this house rental
The holiday home Katharina combines the rustic atmosphere of a half-timbered house with the convenience of contemporary furnishings. The living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. The kitchen has everything a self-catering person could need. This includes a fridge, a freezer, an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and, of course, everything you could need for cooking and eating utensils. This is followed by the living room with a spacious sofa. Here you can review the experiences of the day or enjoy the media variety on the large flat screen TV with DVD player or the CD radio. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe. The third bedroom is located under the roof on the second floor. Here, the night can be spent very comfortable. The bathroom is also fully equipped with bathtub, separate shower cubicle, vanity and toilet. Centrally in the hallway of the ground floor is a functioning wood stove. So you can make it especially cozy on cool autumn evenings with a wood fire. The lawn next to the house is ideal for a joint dinner outdoors, for barbecues or just for sun-fueling. After the complete renovation at our takeover in 2002, the house was partially renovated in 2012 and the living room, dining area and the bedrooms completely refurbished. In 2014, the floors in the kitchen, hall and two bedrooms were replaced and the bathroom was renovated and also newly furnished.
