Enjoy the quiet of the countryside in our old barn renovated cottage 480 m². Our cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by forests, meadows, very close to fishing ponds ELAN.
At the crossroads of Charleville-Mezieres, Sedan, Reims, near the A4.
The village is surrounded by forests and the greenway 5 minutes, are conducive to walks.
We renovated this stone stable of dom by highlighting the architecture of yesteryear (original stone facade)
The sober and neat decoration gives you a warm and friendly atmosphere in a simple but modern setting.
With a capacity of 14 people with 7 rooms.
- Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and living room of 120m² (2 private rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility (beds 140X190), a bathroom and common toilet.
- Floor: 5 bedrooms with private bathroom (2 beds of 160X200 or 3 beds of 140X190), a relaxation area of 80 m² with 2 sofas, a billiard table, TV, WI FI

Two baby beds and changing tables available.
Modern facilities, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, large green spaces with trees and flowers (semi-enclosed), a garden with vegetables and spices, a parking space.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hosts are very welcoming and the house is very well equipped. Families with younger children will enjoy the childrens play corner upstairs and with a snooker, kicker and ping pong table, even rainy days are lots of fun.
