Large village house full of authenticity offering the charm of old and modern comfort located in the charming village of South Meusian rich in heritage and surrounded by greenery.
It is the starting point of many routes adapted for riders, hikers, hunters and cyclists in a calm and relaxing environment.

On the ground floor:
-Composed of a spacious entrance / dining room, a separate toilet, a bathroom with Italian shower, a hallway, a laundry room, a spacious room of 25 m2 with 1 bed 160 * 200 and a large kitchen of 50m2 with its wood stove open to the living room and giving immediate access to an outdoor terrace facing south and its large garden.
Terraced house on one side only. Behind closed doors. Parking spaces available in front of the house.
Electric heating with inertia and wood stove that can be used as central heating and cooking small dishes. he will be there to welcome you and relax you when you come back the evening of your walks.

One floor, and a large room of 35 m2 with a bed of 140 * 190 and two beds of 90 * 190 and an extra bed that can accommodate 2 additional people.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lionel‘s lovely renovated farm house! It has everything you need to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. The garden is amazing and there even is an old fire place inside if it gets chilly in the evening. Merci et à bientôt!

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce joli gîte à Mauvages. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. La maison est pleine de charme, les pièces sont très spacieuses. Le poêle à bois est un plus pour une ambiance chaleureuse. La literie est bonne, nous avons tous les cinq très bien dormi. Autre point fort de ce gîte, le grand jardin clôturé avec belle terrasse qui donne sur les bois. A recommencer!

Excellent séjour entre amis pour soirée tranquille au rythme de la cuisson des bons petits plats sur la cuisinière à bois.
Plusieurs grands espaces salons pour créer des espaces enfants et adultes sans se marcher dessus.
Bonne literie.
Superbe jardin avec une chance inouïe de faire le déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil le 1er janvier.
Vivement que les travaux se poursuivent pour améliorer le confort et revenir faire un séjour.
