About this cottage rental
Large families and couples with children are welcome to enjoy this spacious house with two separate sleeping areas. Surrounded by nature, close to the Vosges department and the Plateau des Milles Etangs,
From the house, you can explore the trails to discover the local flora and fauna, and local heritage.
Spa treatments are available in Luxeuil-les-Bains (15 km), or Plombières-les-Bains (11 km), with its Calodaé thermal baths, miniature park, balconies, and more.
To visit: the distilleries, the Cherry Country Ecomuseum, and the Saint-Valbert Animal Park. In a small hamlet, on the edge of the forest, in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park, close to the Plateau des Milles Etangs, 5 km from the village, this renovated, detached farmhouse from 1870 is located. Large enclosed and wooded grounds with a terrace.
On the ground floor: large entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed + 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 2 single beds), bathroom with toilet. Shower room. Separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 bedroom (1 double bed - 1 single bed).
Parking, possibility to park bicycles or motorcycles in a barn. Wi-Fi. Baby equipment available: high chair, stroller, playpen, bathtub, crib.
Spa rate: €900 for 3 weeks, excluding high season.
Additional charges and services:
Gas and electric heating based on meter reading, according to consumption, €0.315/kWh (over 8 kWh included per day - estimate approximately €30 to €60/week).
Gas: €4.569/cubic meter
Bed linen rental: single bed €8/stay, double bed €10/stay.
Towel rental: €6/stay
End-of-stay cleaning: €90 for up to 5 people / €110 For groups of more than 5 people
Company cleaning: mandatory per stay, for long stays, mandatory every 10 days: €120

Follow the road for about 1 km. The house is a little set back, on the right, at the top of a hill. ON GPS: do not fill in the address of the gite, but ville saint mosey. Or encrypted coordinates.
