NEW Listing- Great Condo in a Gated Community! Close to 1-10 and the 303 making it easy to get around. Property is nestled in a small, private, quiet community next to several golf courses, The Famous Wigwam Resort, Westgate where the NFL Stadium and Concert Venue are located and minutes away from all the Spring Training Venues as well. This is a comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit with fireplace that makes it cozy during the holidays. If looking for stuff to do outdoors there is plenty of great hiking, biking and other events happening around the area to enjoy. Comfortable and well appointed this condo fit our needs perfectly. We were out west to visit family nearby. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The separate dining room was a great way to enjoy your family and friends while eating together. The up to date western theme decor fit well in every single room.
