Initially not cleaned that was taken care of fairly rapidly. Quiet, everything works, nothing luxurious but very adequate- close to the slopes and 15 minutes from Davis, West Virginia for restaurants.

Property is as advertised. Dated and in need of some TLC. Loved the fireplace. On arrival, bag of garbage was on front porch and after looking around it appeared that the cleaning crew stopped mid clean. There was a pile of dirt in the kitchen and nothing had been vacuumed. Cleaning crew stopped by later once left for dinner but I had already cleaned up dirt and they did not vacuum since we weren’t there.Amazing weather, I can’t remember this much snow since I came here when I was young. Nice community, Canaan reality is ok. Everything is still as it was in 90’s. Still use key that you have to go pick up and all the furniture is from same era.RH
