Excellent location, great property for families. Appreciated the toys and games available. The outdoor area was great. Staff were helpful and responsive.
A lot of condensation on windows, mouldy window sills, one bedroom window jammed shut, no curtains in one of the bedrooms, both shower drains were not draining well.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable and having a Smart TV was a bonus.
There was very little storage space for suitcases as the wardrobe was full of other items.

Excellent location for water park, shops, restaurants. Fairy walk was good fun for grandchildren. Lots of toys provided for kids. They kept finding something new to play. Good lawn at back for football.

Perfect as expected
No hairdryer, or could not find it
Sign in bathroom says leaking and to use other shower.
Sign has been there a long time looks like cleaning crew just want to save clean time...
No Sign of leak except what showers usually do
Advertised 2 bathrooms so used 2 bathrooms as a group of friends.
Odd but really liked holiday home and fireplace
