"Nusa Noa" is the name chosen by Alessandra and Carlo to propose their refined and elegant loft located in the heart of the historical and central Villanova district in Cagliari: the name is an imaginative mix of Balinese and Sardinian language, the lands we love of more and means in our imagination: Our New Island.
This well-kept, recently renovated and finely furnished apartment is on the first and last floor of a '900' building and is equipped with all comforts.
The accommodation
The entrance opens onto a large ‘Living’ living area and directly overlooks the church of San Cesello through three French windows served by the characteristic balconies of the historic center. Complete the 'living' environment with a full kitchen equipped with induction hob (no gas), oven and dishwasher. On the same floor there is also the first bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the large double bedroom served by the second full bathroom: the ceiling of the bedroom and bathroom are enhanced by a characteristic solid wood roof on which "Velux" windows open from which it is possible to admire a glimpse of the Cagliari Castle district.
All rooms are thermo-conditioned and equipped with a large-screen TV system.
All services, shops, pharmacies, cultural attractions, restaurants and various places, buses and taxi ranks can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
