POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This luxuriously renovated home is privately set in the Mink Meadows neighborhood with access to a private association beach and golf. This property features idyllic indoor-outdoor living with a grand multi-level patio, decks and heated pool.
Inside, a Great Room overlooks the outdoor living spaces with a wall of glass windows and French doors. The Living Area has vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling fireplace with built-ins, and sofa seating. There is a second-floor loft/balcony that overlooks the Living Area.
The Great Room also features an open Dining Area and Chef's Kitchen. The fully-equipped Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and quartz counters. There is Lounge Area off the Kitchen with built-in seating and TV. A French door off the Dining Area opens to a screened porch with outdoor lounge area.
There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with deluxe en suite bath, and a private covered deck that overlooks the pool. Rounding out the first level is an office/study with fireplace and a powder room.
The other four Bedrooms are all upstairs, and share two full baths, and two outdoor decks. There is also a loft TV/Family Room Area with sofa and chair seating plus large screen TV.
There is high-speed Gigabit wifi throughout, as well as streaming Apple TVs, and Sonos sound system in the Great Room, Kitchen and pool area.
The grand outdoor living and entertaining spaces include: the heated, gunite Pool; large stone patio with sunning, lounging, and dining areas. Granite steps lead up to another patio with fire pit with seating, plus a large outdoor Dining Area with pergola and grill area.
The heated saltwater pool is 18 by 30-feet, and 7-feet at its deepest.
Access to the Mink Meadow private association beach is also included. The sandy north shore beach has calm waters. The historic Mink Meadow Golf Club and its clubhouse are literally just down the street. Guest tee times can be reserved.
You will feel worlds away but downtown Vineyard Haven is only a couple of miles away.
POOL NOTE: The pool is heated to 81 degrees during July and August and included in the rent. Tenants will be charged an additional fee if pool heat is increased during the lease period. An additional pool heating fee of $325/week will apply for rentals in the shoulder season, if the pool is open.
NOTE: There is a separate, detached Carriage House/Garage on the property which the owner sometimes uses when on-Island.
SECURITY CAMERA NOTE: For safety and security reasons, an exterior security camera is in operation and is located at the front and back of the home, and there is a doorbell camera on the front door. Spiral staircase leading to Widow's walk is not available for guest use.

Everything was perfect. The pool, the gardens, the gorgeous tree lined sandy road to the house, the private beach, the golf course right next door, all wonderful. The backyard and porches and pool area are set up so thoughtfully and tastefully. The house was perfectly clean and spacious. We had a wonderful week there and will definitely book again.

The house is well appointed -- the kitchen was especially fabulous for those of us who love to cook! The beds were divinely comfortable and there was so much space for everyone to relax, read, and stream their favorite shows. We especially loved the outdoor space -- the pool was incredible for the three stifling hot days during our stay. Mink Meadows is a perfect location -- not too far from town and close to the water. One of our parties also enjoyed early-bird golfing! We are hoping to stay again next year!

This property was just perfect for our family. It was private and comfy. The owners thought of everything so we could slip right in and enjoy relax. Thank you. We will miss this home and experience on the island, what a time.
