New 2023... Stainless appliances for the spacious kitchen! New 2022… beautiful rock fireplace and wood flooring! Beautiful, spacious condo located in a great area of Pigeon Forge. We are right off of the Parkway. 1400 square feet to enjoy with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. We also have a really nice electric self-sustaining queen air mattress in addition to a nice new queen sleeper sofa for the living room. We have new Samsung smart televisions and DVD players in each bedroom and in the living room. Cable is provided. New flooring throughout. All of the bedrooms have beautiful LOG FURNITURE from LogHeads Home Furnishings in Sevierville TN! Super cool foosball table in the living room!

The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to have a great home cooked meal while you are enjoying your vacation. We even have a Keurig if you're a coffee lover!! We have a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and stove/oven. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and glassware, basic pot and pan sets, toaster, waffle maker and blender.

There are two full bathrooms in this unit. The master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower. The second bathroom has a shower with a single sink.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as an ironing board and iron.

The resort is located in the Mountain View Condos on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1 behind The Local Goat restaurant. At the main road, there is a trolley stop for $.50 rides throughout Pigeon Forge. We are close to Dollywood, Dolly's Splash Country, The Titanic, Hollywood Wax Museum, Country Tonight, Wonderworks, Tanger Outlet Mall, Lumberjack Feud, Dolly's Stampede, The Great Smokies National Park for those who enjoy hiking, biking, bird watching and the great outdoors. One of our favorite activities are the Escape Rooms in Pigeon Forge! There are plenty of arcades, go kart tracks and miniature golf courses for the young at heart of all ages. After a fun filled day then relax by the pool or in the hot tub. Spend the evening on your private balcony enjoying the mountain views and evening breezes. Take in a movie at the condo or at the theater just down the road.

Enjoy great cuisine at many of the great restaurants in the area. Some of our personal favorites are, The Local Goat and Paula Deen's. For pizza we love Mellow Mushroom. You've got to try Curl de la Creme for an extra special ice cream treat! Its next to Publix on the Parkway.

We are on the second floor. An elevator is available and the unit is wheelchair accessible. We have free wifi throughout, smart TVs and cable, phone use for local service. Sheets and towels sets are provided for your stay.

Parking is free. The resort features one outdoor pool and one indoor pool. The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and shallow wading area and is heated October - December and March - May. The indoor pool is usable and heated when necessary for year long availability. Pool towels are available for you. Our grounds also have tether ball, volleyball, horseshoes, two play structures, basketball court, shuffleboard, and a 17 person jetted outdoor hot tub. There are many outside grills as well as picnic areas. Be sure to check out our newest amenity, a quarter mile walking trail on our 5 acre green space. You will love the park like setting and your kids will love the space to roam.

Remember, this is a pet free resort and a smoke free room.

We live approximately 2-1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge and frequently visit the condo to make sure it is it optimal condition for your visit. This is one of our favorite places to visit and we hope it will be yours too!
