For rent by the week, or 4 nights minimum, apartment in St Aubin sur Mer (beach at 100 m), very pleasant F2 (40 m2), quiet, bright, well equipped, Gîtes de France label (3 ears - 4 people) located on the 1st floor of a small residence. Beautiful balcony of 8 m2 facing west. (garden table and chairs).
Closed garage. Private green area of 3000m2.
The day area includes a very bright room / lounge (14m2), equipped with a sofa, a dining table, a TV / DVD (flat screen: 57cm).
The kitchen (4 m2) is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and full kitchen equipment, washing machine.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom (9m2, double bed 140/190).
An adjoining bathroom, with an independent entrance from the bedroom.
Separate WC.
An alcove with two 80/190 bunk beds. It is not a living room (5m2) but the children - and the teenagers - will find a warm intimacy there.
You can access the beach, 100 m away, by crossing the property.
The village with its shops is 500m away.
