Time to get away for some rest and relaxation? This is the perfect home for you. This beautiful recently renovated home has an amazing new kitchen, new mattresses, and outdoor decking. Enjoy making magical memories in the wonderful Jamaica Beach canal home. A charcoal grill is provided for creating a meal while taking in the sunset on the upper dining deck space. Stargazing from the same deck provides another treat this property offers. You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture while watching the family fish or play outdoor games on the landscaped back yard space. A wonderful new cement border of decking is perfect for fishing off your own pier. Bring your boat and tie off in the slip.Two kayaks are provided for a relaxing canal cruise while catching your own fish dinner. Overlook the canal while dining and sipping on a cool beverage or fishing off the amazing new concrete decking.
This cozy home has comfortable, welcoming furnishings that make you feel as if you are at a home away from home. The new large screen, smart TV is equipped with blue tooth speakers. The layout offers a large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs (sleeps up to 10 with pull out couch).
The comfy new queen mattress in the master will offer a wonderful night's rest for 2. There is also a small chaise lounge for a reading area and a private bath with a stand-up shower. French doors off the master offer direct access to the deck. The second bedroom sleeps 2 and has a queen-size bed. This room shares a full bath with the third bedroom. The third bedroom with all new mattresses sleeps 4. It has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom, twin up top, and a pull-out trundle. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch in the family room. (sleeps 2).
Jamaica Beach is a well-known neighborhood that offers several perks of its own. The home is just a few blocks from the beach as well as the Jamaica Beach neighborhood park and pool. Cars are allowed to park on the beach for easy access to your beach supplies. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy cooking up dinner on the outdoor gas grill. A neighborhood boat launch is also available for those of you bringing your own boat. At the entrance of the neighborhood, we have a fire department, police station, church, stores for essentials, gift shop, bar and grill, hardware store, liquor store, laundry mat, Subway sub shop, and more. If you want to see the sights, take the short trip to Galveston's Strand, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, The Pleasure Pier and Moody Gardens which are only a few miles down the road. The Seawall also has many attractions such as the Duck Boat tours, bicycle rentals, go-carts, charter fishing, fabulous restaurants, fishing off the Pier, and boat tours. The strand and Moody mansion, Pier 21, and restaurants off of Post Office street or at the Pier are just a few more must-sees in Galveston. Enjoy your wonderful vacation and make lasting memories.
