The Villa Dreams Cape with pool & spa is located in one of the finest & safest neighborhoods surrounded from brand new homes. With more than 2100 SQ FT under air, modern designed 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom, high ceilings and spacious rooms with open kitchen, giving the house a noble and luxurious flair. The enclosed southern facing pool area provides plenty space for relaxing and dine outside in the Florida subtropical climate. This dream home sleeps 8 people comfortably and there is no need to bring anything, from the bed linens to the cook-ware everything is included, simply stock up on your favorite groceries and relax in peace. Our property is wheelchair accessible, but they are limitation please review the maximum sizes which works at our Villa Dreams before you book, length of 42” (106.7 cm), a height of 36” (91.4 cm), seat heights around 19.5” (49.5 cm), and a width of 25” (63.5 cm). Minutes away from outlet malls, fishing, beaches, golf courses and beautiful nature preserves, which can be explored with our boat as well. However, you may never want to leave the peace and relaxation of your own private pool & spa area and enclosed lanai.

There was nothing about the property that disappointed. The property fit the description, was impressively clean and neat and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would reserve another stay at this property and with this property manager again without reservation.

The host Waldemar was absolutely Amazing and more than accommodating to all of our needs. Only thing I would suggest for this property is a keurig coffee maker which is just more of personal preference for me however the current coffee maker works perfectly fine for all your coffee needs.The house is absolutely perfect for a getaway to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine. I would definitely rent again from Waldemar. absolutely beautiful and aabsolute and

My sister and cousins joined me for a few weeks down in Cape Coral to get away from the cold weather back home. We were all working remotely and the house had plenty of room for us to spread out so that we didn’t get in each other’s way throughout the work days. We loved being able to jump in the pool and hot tub after a long day of work and just enjoyed our time relaxing at the house and seeing the outdoor activities Cape Coral had to offer.Waldemar was a great host! He answered al my questions promptly prior to our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the house and told us he was just a few minutes drive away if we needed anything else during our stay! One thing to note, you pay for electric charges based on how much energy used during your stay. This was clearly explained ahead of time, but we didn’t realize how much it would cost to run the heated pool and hot tub every night, so just be cautious of that while you’re enjoying your time there.Overall we had an amazing stay and if we’re ever in Cape Coral again would definitely revisit this beautiful home.
