Exceptional home in quiet neighborhood, conveniently located on east end of Island with large lap pool and low traffic area ideal for pets and children. 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located on a 5 home cul da sac. Walk or bike to beach. Retail shops, restaurants and famous island ice cream shop a stroll away. On lighthouse side of island with easy off island access .Outdoor pool and two car garage. Master BR with king sized bed, soaking tub bath and separate walk in shower. Second bedroom with queen bed and separate bath. Third bedroom with twin beds and separate bath. . Den/office for extra guests or use as family room. Covered, eat in porch off the kitchen overlooking pool, great for entertaining and romantic candlelit dinners. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. Bikes on premises for use. Outdoor, private pool with additional area for barbecue and pool side lunches. Very special home away from home. NON SMOKING ONLY

Wonderful stay, host was exceptionally accommodating. Close walk to the beach, the pool was well maintained and the house has a great throwback beach feel with 20th century attic decor. Just a fun house where you can grab a book, sit on the porch and enjoy all Sanibel has to offer.

Very comfortable, clean, well kept house with nice pool. Located in “quiet” end of Sanibel, convenient to beach. Ann (host) was very responsive. We give it an A+.
