About this house rental
Fawley Court is a country house in the Wye Valley accommodating up to 40 guests across 13 bedrooms, ideal for family gatherings, celebrations and group holidays.
The property offers spacious living areas, a large Great Hall dining space for the full group and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for self catering or private catering.
Leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and games room, creating a strong social and relaxation setting for larger group stays.
The house is set within private gardens and grounds with lakes, a conservatory and outdoor dining areas, offering space for relaxing and group activities.
Located in the Wye Valley, the property provides access to countryside walks and outdoor experiences while maintaining a private setting for group stays.
An electric vehicle charging point has been provided so you may charge any EVs you have.
Please download the EV Smart App before you arrive. You can then select the charger at the location you wish to use.
Please note that we do not allow any charging cables to be plugged into any outlet on this site, other than the designated Electric Vehicle charger. A £1000 charge will be applied to your booking for charging EVs from any outlet other than the EV charger.
• Please observe and adhere to all speed limits on the driveways.
• Please do not enter the working farms. This is for your own safety as the farmers could be shooting.
• When on our walking routes, please close all gates and keep any dogs on leads.
• Please adhere to all signage with regards to parking. Do not park anywhere which may cause a nuisance to our neighbours.
• Noise. Please respect our neighbours, in particular, with regards to noise – consider children’s bedtimes. Your gathering must be brought inside by 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends to control noise.
• The pools and hot tubs may be check during your stay by the caretaker. Please be aware that he may be on the premises for this and for other maintenance purposes.
• The pool cover is not a safety cover and must be removed fully before swimming. It will not support your weight.
• Children must not be allowed to enter the pool area unsupervised.
• Please do not swim in the lakes.
• Please ensure to use the designated smoking areas only.
• Only wood is to be burned in our fires and these must be extinguished if left or when you go to bed.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub.
• The hot tub must be filled with water at all times. If the water level falls below the top water jets it must be refilled immediately.
• If the pool or hot tub water is not completely clear it must not be used. Please inform us immediately if this happens.
• No glass to be taken to the pool or hot tub.
• If bringing dogs with you, please ensure to keep them under control and away from any livestock.
• Do not use any glitter or confetti. No decorations are to be sellotaped, pinned or blue tacked to the walls or doors.
• We do not allow fireworks, external speakers, DJ’s, marquees, or day guests exceeding the maximum number of guests at the property.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. If playing music indoors during the evenings, please ensure to keep any windows closed.

We had a fabulous time at Fawley Court, There were a couple of negatives: the jacuzzi for the most part of our stay was set at 46/47 degrees centigrade. It was only on the third day, our final whole day that the temperature was at 36 degrees centigrade so we were able to use it, thanks to Graham the site manager for sorting this. The other thing that could be better is there was nowhere to hang store clothes in a couple of the bedrooms. Three of the ladies had to live out of their suitcases.

Overall a great experience, lots of room and space the swimming pool and game room was amazing for all ages plenty of rooms and bed spaces, (although theres few mattress need changing). Nevertheless the property makes you want to get up and enjoy so you rarely spend time on the room.
