About this villa rental
Beautiful first line beach villa in El Campello with sea views and private swimming pool, located in Venta Lanuza just between El Campello and Villajoyosa.
Nothing can beat the view of this villa and the experience of almost living on the beach.
The pool is surrounded by gardens with palm and fruit trees. The villa consists of three levels, each independently air conditioned.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with single beds, one bathroom with shower, a fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and a living room with sliding doors leading to a terrace with BBQ with unique seaview.
The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub and shower, one extra space with a double airbed to sleep one/two more persons, and a large terrace with sea views.
The roof terrace is a great place to enjoy the views and relax.
In the basement there is a ping-pong table and a sport machine.
The villa also offers flat screen TV with satellite TV.
Very close to the villa you will find some restaurants and Senses Beach Club, a great little bar/restaurant/club on a lovely beach and the place to be this summer in Venta Lanuza, El Campello, a really good place to have cocktails on the beach and lovely food.
As for the location and nearby activities, the house is 4 minutes drive away from La Coveta Fuma (various restaurans, bars, terraces, trainstation, supermarket and my agency) , 20 km. away from Alicante town, 30 km away from Benidorm and it's nightlife, as well as it's theme parks Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar.
If you enjoy sports, the coastline offers lots of sea related activities, such as sailing, wind-surfing, kayaking, jet-skiing, scuba-diving, wake-boarding, trips to the islands of Benidorm and Tabarca, etc. as well as 3 Golf courses: Alicante Golf, 18 km away; Bonalba 18-holes, 11 km away and Villaitana Golf, 20 km away.
For nature lovers, the countryside offers mountainous landscapes with valleys, rivers and dams (Castell de Guadalest, Fuentes del Algar, etc.), you can take part in many trips the region offers (Canelobre Caves). Or you can just enjoy the beaches instead, and feast on tapas while discovering the valencian gastronomy.
Our beaches have been awarded the prodigious Blue Flag of the EU for their facilities.

todo ha ido perfecto, salvo el incordio d los mosquitos y la wifi q era muy lenta, la piscina perfecta para los niños y las vistas desde el comedor muy bonitas
