Villa with pool sleeps 10+2 babies/toddlers located 100 m from the sea, very private and well communicated with the coastal tram No car needed!!

Our detached villa "Casa Perleta" is surrounded by a green garden (1850m2).
The villa is fully equipped and the layout of the villa is as follows;
Porch,entrance, hall, cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, fridge, freezer, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
1 triple bedroom with shower, sink,toilet and private outdoor entrance next to the porch.
Guest house with private entrance, 2 double bedrooms with option for an extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, tiled floor and doors opening to a private patio.
All 5 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
Swimming pool with safety fence, sunbeds and sea views.
Free wireless internet
The porch (45m²) is cool in summers and with the wooden beamed ceiling very atmospheric. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or dining al fresco in the evening.
There is also an outdoor kitchen, with bar, barbecue / Paella pan and burner, extra fridge and terrace.
Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are stairs to access the buildings.
Enclosed garden with a play area for children including a swing set, playhouse and plenty of toys inside and out.
Book early to avoid disappointment our house is always almost fully booked from April to the end of October.

The villa is located in 'Coveta Fumá El Campello', a quiet and beautiful area where you can enjoy a perfect holidays. The Mediterranean sea is just 100 meters from the house.
We will be delighted to welcome you in the near future in our house "Casa Perleta Alicante" and is for rent all year round. We live nearby and can tell you all about the area and the house and help you on the spot with advice and assistance.

You can go with the tram to Alicante, El Campello center, Benidorm, Terra Mítica, Altea, Denia, etc., at just 1 minutes from the house.
If you prefer to stay in the neighbourhood you will find several restaurants and pubs on the central square and also two beach bars/restaurants 'chiringuitos' on the Coveta beach.
There is also a supermarket in Coveta Fuma where you can buy Spanish and International foodstuff.
El Campello is a delightful holiday resort situated in a perfect position on the Costa Blanca, located between Alicante City and the busy resort of Benidorm, with a pretty fishing harbour, wide sandy beaches, views of the mountains and a wide selection of friendly eateries and bars, you have all the advantages of a small, peaceful, relaxing seaside resort but with the vibrancy of Alicante City and Benidorm within easy reach.
There is a local tram station,( NO NOISE POLLUTION at 0.2 Kilometres ) This service was completely modernised in 2018, with new electric trains fully air conditioned with a fast and efficient service to El Campello and Alicante city to the south or Benidorm, Javea, Dénia and the other Costa Blanca towns in the north.
Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica, Disney style theme park. The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mundomar are also just a short trip away by car or tram(20 min)
The price includes bed linen, towels (no beach towels,) Wifi, gas, and if needed cots and high chairs.
150Kw per week of electricity is included in the price (enough by responsible use of air conditioning ) Overuse is 0,25 € cents per 1Kw,

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. The hosts were very helpful before our stay in terms of providing taxi numbers for transfers from the airport etc. When we were there they were very helpful if we needed anything. Rhe main reason we chose the villa was for its location and the pool. The tram was very accessible and the pool was enjoyed by all.

Our recent stay at this villa was fabulous and perfectly suited our family group of three couples and two young children. The three separate buildings were ideal, giving everyone private space while allowing us to socialize freely, even after the kids were asleep in the building situated down the stairs without waking them.The fenced pool was fantastic, offering peace of mind for the children's safety, with plenty of sun loungers. We loved the ample outdoor seating, especially the gorgeous covered area for breakfasts and lunches, and the big table by the outdoor kitchen for evening BBQs.The air conditioning worked wonderfully during the heatwave, and the kids loved the toys and pool inflatables.The villa's location is superb, super close to the tram stop (no noise issues!). The tram takes you to Alicante, El Campello, Villajoyosa, and Benidorm. Just one stop away (or a 25-minute walk) are restaurants, bars, paddleboarding, a shop, and a great gym (discount available!).We absolutely loved this villa and had a fantastic stay. Elena and her son were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend it!

The villa was clean and homey, it has a wonderful feel to the property, worn but loved. The pool is well maintained, and great fun, It was just across the road from the tram stop. There is a small play park near by and under the bridge down to the sea is a little cove with an unusual seaweed bed.

The villa is located in Calle Piteras directly next to a tram line stop in the region of El Campello.
The location suited us with excellent transport links to the main cities of Alicante and Benidorm. The tram is excellent, reliable and clean.
The villa was clean and well stocked with all of the furnishings, kitchen equipment and essentials you may need including games, books, dvds and pool toys.
The property itself is split into three separate buildings which worked perfectly for our group as we were three individual families.
The main house consists of the kitchen, living room/dining room, main bathroom, and two twin bedooms. The second building consists of a private patio, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The other building consists of one bedroom (double bed and a single bed) and a bathroom.
The property was clean, however, the bedrooms and overall property is dated and would benefit from general maintenance and a cosmetic upgrade. One of our main concerns was the state of the electrics and we feel they need some attention.
The pool area consists of 8 sun loungers, a few tables and one umbrella. Another umbrella would have been useful for our group due to the little ones. The pool is a good size and deep which was great for the kids who liked diving and jumping in. We experienced a few issues with the pool turning green and us having to contact the owners on multiple occasions to rectify the situation. No swing as pictured. Overall basic needs met but not luxurious
