    The property is very modern and clean. The apartments are huge, with a balcony and the bathrooms new and well maintained. The cleaner was fantastic and restocked the coffee, bin bags, water bottles and tissue paper daily. The pool was ok, but is the biggest disappointment, however you can use local pools relatively easy. It is in the middle of Tippawan village, a minute from the 7 eleven and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the beach by crossing the train tracks (there are only 2 trains a day and a good view down the line), but we got grab cabs everywhere. Only 15mins via taxi (about 80-150 baht to the main town centre / beaches / markets). The staff were really helpful, you can pay via card, but the man who works there will need to drive you to the other resort (Baan Noppodal Loft) to use the card machine. Kitchen was a bit underwhelming, but we ate out mostly. Could have done with more cutlery, but they probably would have sourced some if we had asked. TVs were challenging to operate, remotes missing or no batteries etc, and couldnt get youtube even tho the box says it so we didnt really use them. Kids loved the place as did we.

    Great place for couples and families. Lovely townhouse with two levels, spacious rooms, individual showers for each room (3 bathrooms in total) and the staff are lovely. Not to mention grab delivery straight to your door. I will always stay here in hua Hin
