really well located. nice view of the historic tannery zone ruins. the building is amazing, historic.
staff was really rude and have wrong info in booking.com. we chose a bedroom bc it had double bed and bathtub option. when I sent a msg asking for the option of the bathtub because it was my bday they just answered that the “twin rooms doesn’t have bathtub”. I tried to explain that I wanted a double bed bc we are a couple but I keep on receiving the same answer.
check in was amazingly “cold” for North Portugal. but other workers (cleaners etc) were super nice and warm.
check ins are REALLY late, idk why. that was super bad.

Great value, breakfast included! Friendly staff, nice travellers too. Had a 6 bed dorm to myself which was nice to be fair. Drank a bottle of wine in peace

Really nice breakfast. Great to have a counter opened 24h a day for checkin.
The shower end hose had a open end. Hard to take a shower. To install a shower hose end diffuser should not be that hard.
