About this house rental
Beautiful farm dating from 1888 completely renovated for your comfort. Located in the Regional Natural Park of Ballon des Vosges near ski areas of the Vosges (La Bresse, Gerardmer and Ventron) and Alsace.
The farm is over 450m2 and is located on a plot of 40 000 m2 of pastures and forests. The view of the mountain and the village is exceptional from each room and the exposure is optimal (no vis-à-vis).
The 4ha of land around the farm will ensure a great calm and allow children to indulge in all the joys of outdoor games. There is also a swing.
Hiking trails (on foot or by mountain bike) are accessible directly from the farm. Lake Moselotte with its base of activities is 5 minutes by car. In summer, horses are in one of our parks.
The farmhouse can accommodate 14 people. There are 7 bedrooms each with en suite bath or shower.
Ground floor: (this is the middle floor - we access it directly from the back of the farm).

- A living room with huge windows overlooking the valley
- A large kitchen equipped with a Falcon cooking piano (2 large ovens and induction hob), a large Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher ...
- A small separate pantry with storage, washing-drying machine, microwave ...
- A dining room with winegrower's table that can accommodate 16 people
- A large living room overlooking a huge terrace very well exposed
- 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed, with shower room (Italian style) and adjoining toilet
- 1 toilet for guests
First floor:
- A master bedroom with 180cm bed and huge windows and its bathroom and walk-in shower + toilet
- A bedroom with a large bed 180cm and large shower room + toilet
- A room with bunk beds 90cm and bathroom + toilet
Garden level: (the lowest floor)
A studio :
- Very large bedroom with 180 cm bed and a seating area
- A bathroom and shower with toilet
- A small separate kitchen fully equipped (microwave oven, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher ...
- The studio gives directly onto a large terrace and the garden
The apartment:
- A room with bed in 160cm and a shower room (with the Italian) + toilets (direct access on the garden)
- A room with 2 single beds that can be close together (direct access to the garden). And a shower room (with Italian) + toilets
- A kitchen / dining room with its kitchen (including induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave ...) directly overlooking the garden through a large arched traditional door.
A game room with foosball.
