Location is 10/10 looking down upon (in my opinion) the best beach in Milos. A few nice restaurants and bars close by. Room is simple but extremely well equipped especially kitchen. Good cooking faculities. Cleaning was regular and great, fresh towels etc and lots of snacks kindly provided. We already want to book for next summer!. If you want a basic but beautifully located place that feels authentic and safe then don't hesitate to book!

This wasn't a problem for us at all (in fact we liked it) but parts of terrace is shared and outdoor areas aren't private so if this matters to you. We actually liked meeting and chatting with other guests. The indoor shower in bathroom could be upgraded but there are outdoor showers which are lovely and we just used these. Again not an issue for us. Steep access walking up from beach but again this is something we enjoyed!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Il posto è bello, curato e accogliente, ideale per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al proprietario, davvero gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L’accoglienza è stata ottima e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri!

La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la playa de Paliochori, a solo dos minutos a pie. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para la estancia (aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina, plancha y suficientes toallas) y nos recibieron con comida para el desayuno, agua, zumos y cervezas, un detalle muy agradable. El acceso requiere subir un pequeño tramo sin asfaltar, pero nos pareció sencillo y hay espacio para aparcar justo delante. También queremos destacar la rapidez y amabilidad de los propietarios, que respondieron enseguida e intentaron solucionar los problemas que surgieron.

Aunque el apartamento está equipado con lo necesario, en general se nota bastante anticuado y necesitaría una renovación, especialmente la cocina y el baño. La terraza anunciada como privada en realidad está comunicada con las de los demás apartamentos y la zona con mejores vistas es compartida. Además, durante toda la estancia hubo una gran cantidad de hormigas en la cocina, incluso sin dejar comida fuera. Al llegar encontramos una fuga en el baño con un fuerte olor a orines; aunque intentaron repararla, el problema volvió a aparecer, aunque destaco la implicación de los propietarios por intentar solucionarlo. Por último, el alojamiento está bastante aislado, por lo que para ir al supermercado, a una gasolinera o a otros servicios hay que conducir unos 20 minutos.

The overall setting of the apartment with the views over the bay were good and is close to an attractive beach

The apartment is tired and needs updating, it reflects Greece from 25 years ago. The kitchen was not well stocked, none of the crockery matched (even cup with saucer) , we had insufficient knives and no tray to take items out to the patio. We had a number of things that broke including the patio bench and one of the bulbs in the bathroom, this highlighted that the electrics needed attention. We also had to turn the hot water heater off from the fuse box. We were also disappointed that there were no local shops eg mini-market or bakery. This meant we had a 25 minute drive to Adamas for supplies, this included basics like bottled water. The owners did appear to be upgrading some of the apartments, but our view from the outside suggested this could be focused on "luxury items" that would justify a premium price but get little use (eg a hot tub, hammock) and not the basics.
