Good room and nice location

The apartment was charming and felt like a little home away from home, rather than a hotel room. The residential area the room was in was nice and a very short walk to the beach or the old town - or the bus station/ferry terminals. Comfy bed and very clean room and nice communication with the host.

There could have been a bit more cutlery maybe - like a bread plate. The sound proofing was not the best. Luckily I had quiet neighbours.

Quiet location, near small supermarket, easy walk to restaurants,bus staion and old town. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Kettle but limited crockery if you want simple. breakfast. Host was accommodating when we asked.Good to have lift.

Elevator, communication with host, airport transfer arranged, nice room, could store luggage for a few days while in Dubrovnik, lovely residential neighbourhood, close to wharf and main bus station, close to beach and restaurants. Babic bakery around the corner.

This was a lovely space with no frills.

Lovely space. The only issues was the steep hill from the ferry to the space. But exercise is good.

Great value and helpful host!

The location is perfect, a 10-15 min walk to the centre and most meeting points for tours, 5 mins to the station, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to a large supermarket, and in the vicinity of some great restaurants (we recommend maestro grill club for the veal and Lola Split for mussels and black risotto). Split is very safe. The room was exactly as pictured, better in fact. It was a good size for a couple, very clean, and quiet at night (unless you're bothered by nature since it is near the beach with seagulls). The bed was comfortable. The shower was modern, with great water pressure, and the bathroom was spacious. We were on the third floor and could reach it using the lift. Marijana, the host, was always quick to respond, helpful and efficient. She had our towels changed right away when requested and kindly stored our luggage for the day since we had an evening flight. Thank you!

Split is overpriced in general so we paid more for this property than we have in other locations. Otherwise it was amazing!

Nice comfortable apartment in a residential area close to the beach and main attractions.

The apartment was located in a nice area. definitely walking distance the the water or the main shopping district. Also, plenty of restaurants within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile). The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet also. It's a little complex getting into and out of the building and rooms but the instructions were clear and all worked out well.

Parking was a challenge but once we found a spot, we didn't move the car. We were only there two days. Though the room was comfortable, if you were sitting at the desk, there wasn't a light over or on the desk but there was a Television. I had to turn on the television to provide light at the desk. Not a huge issue but just some input.

Excellent location just a minute walk to the city beach and a few minutes more to the more quieter rocky beaches around the corner. A quiet street, lovely apartment block. The facilities of the room were excellent, the bathroom super up to date and the beds comfortable. Housekeeping each day was a nice touch to make it feel more like a hotel.

Apartment and host was lovely. Marijana was brilliant, instructions for check in and apartment facilities were very clear and easy to follow. She was very attentive throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything needed in the perfect location close to the beach with lots around. Would definitely stay here again :)
