About this house rental
Location, Location, Location! Situated steps from restaurants, the pier walk, the municipal marina, South beach and the new Splash pad!. This downtown beauty underwent a major renovation in 2018. Get your groceries on the way into town, park your car and forget about it because you can walk anywhere! Check out this homes open layout, interior design, amount of space with great history all rolled into one unique updated home. All new kitchen, drywall, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplace, pantry, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical! This amazing location is 1 block to downtown, a 5 minute walk to the beach and splash pad and south side marina. Our kitchen is large, well stocked with granite countertops, a coffee bar and a large island that seats 6 plus an extra large dining room/table seats 12 easily. Check out our incredible nautical bunk room stocked with toys for kids. An extra large primary suite with king sized bed with attached master bath offers a great retreat. A unique bedroom on the main floor offers guests an opportunity to enjoy this great house without having to navigate the stairway daily and easy access to the main floor bath. Equipped with four flat screens and great internet will allow families to enjoy their own space. Original wood floors restored to show their beauty. Open the doors and you find the entire main floor is large with space and open areas. Shower off in the outdoor shower in the back yard and hang out on the deck accessed from the rear of the home.
The house has a small private backyard with deck, picnic table and outdoor chairs/stools. There is a gas fire pit and gas grill. Enough room to have a corn hole game while waiting for dinner. Don’t forget about our game room downstairs, with ping ping and foosball tables.
There are 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach utility cart, beach sand toys for your use when you go the beach.

This was perfect for 8 women. Great location. Fully stocked. We ate,drank and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Complete stocked and lots of games. We will definitely consider staying there again!!!Everything was perfect!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to town and the beach area. We had our daughter wedding in the area and was close to everything we needed.

Wonderful house with every amenity one can need on a family vacation. Location is incredible since you can walk to everything! The host was very responsive and friendly/helpful. Highly recommend!

Joan was an excellent host. Even when we had a small issue, she jumped on it right away! The property was perfect for our family vacation and had all of the small details that made the stay fun and convenient. Would definitely recommend!
