Die Ferienwohnung war auch für eine mehrtägige Reise gut eingerichtet und vorbereitet. In einem Industriegebiet liegend war es am langen Wochenende naturgemäß ruhig in der Nacht, zumal auch das Bett keinen Anlass zur Klage bot. Neben der Möglichkeit am Essplatz zu sitzen gab es noch einen gemütlichen Sessel, zumindest für eine Person.
