Immaculately kept; beautiful location and very well set out. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and it was a very comfortable place to stay. Steve and Mikyo were the perfect hosts and regularly went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I had high expectations and they were exceeded.

The hosts had a Christmas Tree which made it special for our festive stay. Modern and warm. Drying room for ski gear a bonus. Hosts personally collected us from station which was appreciated. They also offered to take us to a local grocer
Provisions for first breakfast would be a nice addition.

Well maintained chalet Mikiyo and Steve are excellent host. Very helpful and responsive to all our requests. We really appreciate their help and kindness. We have fantastic stay in Hakuba Hokujo. Thanks!
