Casita by the pool, central Scottsdale, just off Shea and Scottsdale road

This Casita is located in the back yard of our Acre lot, Blue concrete floors, high ceilings, skylights, Kierland is 2 miles north, Old town Scottsdale is 5 miles south, very quiet neighborhood, pet friendly for dogs only. We do have a lab, tortoise, chickens in the back yard. Please note we only have portable electric tops for cooking but have microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee etc.. I Have been renting a casita in the front of our property as well for years and the same couple just comes back each year. We are very laid back, we have a BBQ and or Fire Pit you can certainly use. Parking would be for one vehicle in our driveway which leads up to the gate to our back yard. The Casita is about 700 sq ft with the Washer/dryer in the storage space attached to it. I do require a notice to discuss booking to make sure if you have a dog that it would be compatible with our animals, in addition I want to make sure you know that there is not a full kitchen in case you love to cook this may not be the place for you. I have 4 kids that live at home and my youngest is currently 8 and loves to visit with guests but I can certainly prevent that if you want more privacy. I want to make sure you know what you getting so just ask please as its best everyone is open up front. I have rented our pool house to artist for the last three years during our peak season so we have much art around the home as gifts. The casita has basic cable, wi-fi and I am happy to accommodate guests if I can.
