The apartment is well equipped with all the “necessities” (washer and dryer, coffee maker, good internet, Hulu) and all the kitchen implements you may need. Location is safe, quiet, near grocery stores, restaurants and sights like Taliesin West. Rich is very responsive.

Rich was very accommodating. Really nice guy. Accommodations were in great location and amenities wonderful. Highly recommend this rental. Will use again if I am in Phoenix.

Everything was ok. The place has too much nonsense decorations. The jacuzzi was not working and out for 30 days. The owner knew this but did not disclose the info or we would have chose another place. Not ethical. He did allow us to leave early but did not refund the full amount prorated. Be careful.
