Newer Furnishings ~ 2 Master Bedroom Setup Makes it perfect for 4 Guest Stay comfortably, Balcony with 2 chairs ~ Stainless appliances, Kitchen has dishes and cookware needed for Vacation or longer term stay ~ Granite Tops, Bedrooms have walk in closets, Condominium Complex offers state of the art Amenities, Media Room, Bar, Piano, Fireplace with Cozy sitting, Heated Pool Recently Updated , Gas Grills in the community , Heated Jacuzzi and amenities you can find at a 5 star Resort.
Landscape is always manicured and Gates Provide Access to Residents and Guests.
Comes with one assigned covered parking in front of Unit .
Summer rates or longer stays with 150 max utility allowance and do not include electric (extra based on usage) 3 month plus leases .
Please contact your host prior to booking and final request as price depends on calendar month/ partial months. The lowest rates listed are for calendar months.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire unit, Clubhouse 5 AM to 11 PM , Gym, Pool and Hot tubs.
Other things to note
Fab key provided that will open all gates and doors to clubhouse and main gate ( by swapping next to the control unit for each entrance )
Owner will meet with guest to exchange keys and do a tour of the property or might have key in lock box and provide a code to access if no available due to timing.
Fire stick with access to free channels and apps is included and Wi-Fi access.
Club house has 5 big screen TV to watch games and relax, a piano, meeting room and bar.
This community looks and feels like a high end resort in Scottsdale.
BBQ area are located next to pool and also by the small pool. Bring your food and drinks. Note please that NO glass containers allowed in the pool area; please make sure you have plastic or aluminum cans; please clean after you use the facilities.

Owner was very nice and attentive even to the point of bringing us a large bag of oranges and grapefruit. Nice touch! Condo was in top condition and walking distance to Whole Foods and many restaurants!
