It’s located in a premium spot, close to everything. The master bedroom stays cold with the a/c, the from of the home stays humid and hot. Definitely check and shake all items out before packing or you maybe bringing home some roaches. The upstairs terrace is amazing the view is beautiful!

The previous reviews are pretty much accurate...I wish someone had warned me about the construction going on which was blocking the view, but it was nice and we had a great time Punta Cana.

The unit is located in a perfect location within walking distance to lots of restaurants , 24 hrs pharmacy, grocery stores, and bars. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Ana was responsive and accommodating when a leak happened from the windows due to the heavy rains.
The Villa has two air conditions which are in the bedrooms, that was not enough as the living room and the dining room was uncomfortable due the hot weather and humidity, I suggest adding one AC to the living area. The bathrooms' showers and sink faucets need attention. Adding these items will add more comfort and value to the Villa.
Apart from that, everything was extremely awesome.

So nice to be a few steps from the beach. The view from the upper terrace was unforgettable. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes etc. We did have a car, however, there was no need for one.
Communication with the host Meir and later, upon arrival, with Ana was helpful throughout.
If anything, kitchen area would benefit from a few improvements: upgrading cooktop and the range hood.
Overall, we had a great time and would rent this place again.
