14 Guests Beachfront Villa/WI-FI/Maid/Private Beach/Punta Cana Airport Pick-Up

Let me begin by saying that the beach club staff, cleaning crew, and chef were wonderful and they made us feel very comfortable. The location is great minus the heaps of red algae on the beach. I rented this Villa for a total of 7 days, a group of 9 so every room was in use. The house needs some updating and repairs which the manager of the property did respond quickly to but for the price of the rental especially when it was being rented for as much as the Punta Cana group villas, it should be in perfect working order even if it's not updated. There was construction which we were not warned about at all, and they start at 7 am and don't stop until 6 or 7 pm depending on the day. Very noisy, and there was no sleeping in on any day. This house has three floors. AC in most of the rooms except the upstairs kitchen which made it very hot. We found on the first day that the downstairs AC was not cooling. Several calls later and a very annoyed host that refused to give me his name, came in to find that we were in fact correct and only then sent out a technician. The electricity was not included in the stay and to say that we were severely judged by the same annoyed host at the end of our stay when we had to pay the difference did not make me want to stay there again. If you are using this home to just sleep and keep your things then great, but if you're looking for a home away from home, there are better options, especially for the price. Sadly will not be staying here again

Excellent customer service!

We had a great vacation at Villa Aurora in Las Corales Punta Cana. The gated comnunity was safe as was the neighborhood outside the gates-which we frequented- since bars and restaurants are very good and fun. Unlimited bottled water is available at the house. The beach itself is amazing and we could reserve chairs and umbrellas every day. Anna is a perfect ambassador for the property and helped us with all we needed. The home is a little more worn/ dated than the pics on the website but is still a beautiful destination and we would come back again! Also no problem with getting food and drink at one of the three local markets but a trip to Jumbo on way from airport would be good for families that want to eat-in more.

We had a great time! The Villa is magnificent - right in front of the Beach. Everything is very clean and cozy. Beach club gives excellent service. The host Meir was very diligent and friendly. We love the place, it's big, very fresh and comfortable. 20 steps to the beach. Area is safe and with different stores, bars and restaurants. We will definitely come back!
