Absolute lovely house on the slopes of a hill in the Ardennes
Absolutely lovely house in a picturesque part of the Ardennes. The rooms were quite cozy and the living room and kitchen were very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The views were great and the geater kept the house warm. It's also conveniently close to Pont-A-Lessè and Freyr if you come for climbing.
There were only two minor things: the main door is a little bit difficult to open and close, and the toilet door does not have a lock. Everything else was just great.

It was a good house ,well decorated and located perfectly. The stuff was friendly and we asked to stay one more hour and they accepted.
It was not enough sugar,coffee and tea as we were 5 persons for 2 days and it was just a little bit and milk for coffee was expired. TV didn't work well ,only 1 Chanel in French,and we had to pay for bedsheets,that was a little bit strange because usually when you book you book apartment with everything .

Place was amazing. Piece and quiet. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary things.
Parking was bad, carrying all languages from parking spot to house was exhausting as the house in located down the hill. Also lack of information from the owners as we have bought a lot of BBQ food but on the day of arrival on 15 we were informed we cannot use BBQ due to ban that started on the 1st.

Very good
The place was really nice and clean and had everything you needed. Gigi the owner is also very nice and friendly and will help you with whatever you need. She even put up Christmas decorations to make the place more festive.
There was a last minute change in our reservation and we needed up getting a smaller chalet with no views which was disappointing. But to be fair Gigi did reduce the price a bit to accommodate for the new place.

Verwaarloosde accommodatie
Stond in folder dat auto geparkeerd kon worden bij huisje. Zware valies en gerief is moeilijk wanneer je een eind moet stappen in bosweg. Mijn kameraad is slecht te been. Dus zeker niet aan te raden.voor oudere mensen. Geen enkele handleiding hoe de elektrische apparaten werkten. Allemaal digitaal. Vooral stond niets vertaald in het Nederlands. Wel Engels en Frans. Dit is een tekortkoming in een Frans en Nederlands België. Ook de onthaalmedewerkster verstond mij niet en deed geen enkele moeite. Park verwaarloosd, zwembad ??? Waar ? Ja enkel in het vakantiehuis en daar ga je niet zomaar binnen. Niets was er van faciliteiten. Alles anders voorgesteld in folder. Altijd goede vakantie geboekt hij booking.com. NU ZEKER NIET. NIET AAN TE RADEN.

Bed was niet de goede als je draait tijdens de slapen hoor u lawaai De terras is populair als u daar zet mensen passen en u hebt geen privacy
Minder pannen zelf een bezem om te opruimen er is niet Wifi super slecht Als kwamen we binnen heel hard geur van de vocht blijkbaar
