Tout ! A commencer par son nom qu’il porte bien : le Bellevue ! Une vue remarquable et très agréable sur Givet, de jour comme de nuit.

Fantastischer Panoramablick auf die Altstadt von Givet, die sich im Fluss spiegelt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ordentlich und modern. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, alles relevante in der Wohnung mehrsprachig durch Aushänge zu erklären. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar (einfach über die Brücke gehen). Ein guter Bäcker ist auch direkt in der Nähe, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Wer vor 23:30 Uhr ins Bett geht, könnte sich durch die Hausgeräte (Staubsauger, Waschmaschine) der Nachbarn gestört fühlen.
