Pleasant short stay for a couple!

The owner preheated the apartment, so it was a warm and fuzzy welcome, and the thermostat remained on a good temperature throughout the day. Every time you enter the place it’s nice and warm. Also, everything in the apartment was labeled and clear instructions were made. Fast wifi, friendly host, and nice full kitchen amenities!

Only the provided shampoo and shower gel were not labeled, so it had to be guessed.

Excellent place to stay in Givet

The location is perfect, it has a nice view of the fort and its close to the restaurants. I thought the bed was hard, but I was surprised, it was not and we have a very good night sleep.

Wonderful apartement

Lovely apartement with great attention to details. Has everything you need (and more) for a stay in Givet. Close to the town centre and the river Meuse. We stayed only 1 night but would definitively consider the apartement again for a longer stay.

Definitely repeatable

The apartment was very clean and had all our needs. The host took his time to explain everything to us. He also left notes which was convenient.

The check out is too early. He told that all the shops and supermarkets were closed whilst that was not the case. They opened after 18:30

We liked everything. The hosts Nicholas and yoni have thought of everything including where to eat where to visit even the local shops and distances to all amenities. A great property with a great view. WE WILL BE BACK.

Great place to stay in Givet area!:)

We stayed one night during our bikepacking trip along the Meuse river. Very nice, clean and comfortable place with more facilities than we even expected (washing machine, 2 coffee machines, toaster, pots...) Restaurants in few minutes walking distance and grocery shop just in the corner. Fast and friendly contact with the owner, if needed. Can only recommend to stay if you are looking for home feeling place in Givet area!:)

A little gem in a very nice location right by the river

Lovely apartment and very kind host. We stayed for one night travelling with our kids and found the place very well equipped with really everything a family of four might need. The apartment is central in Givet just by the river. Terrific value for money. We would certainly recommend.

Superb apartment

Excellent location, very nice area, and free parking is just opposite the house. The host was very friendly and the apartment is very thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you possibly need.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but the bed was good.

Nous n'avons pas su utiliser la plaque de cuisson nous aurions aimé avoir un mode d'emploi il y en avait peut-être un mais nous avons fouillé vite fait sans succès (rien de trop grave nous avons pu aller chercher a manger dans le coin)

Un très beau séjour dans un appartement chaleureux, confortable et bien situé

C’est un endroit magnifique et un appartement très agréable, où l’on sent que la maison a été aménagée avec beaucoup d’amour. L’attention portée aux détails, aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain, rend le lieu immédiatement chaleureux et accueillant. Les couvertures sont douces et confortables, le lit est très agréable, l’environnement est calme et la vue est splendide. Givet est une ville charmante, avec de nombreux commerces et des terrasses conviviales. Je reviendrai ici avec grand plaisir.

La lumière blanche peut être très appréciée par certaines personnes. Pour ma part, j’aurais trouvé agréable d’avoir également une lumière plus douce et chaleureuse dans la chambre.

Direkt am Fluss, abends sehr ruhig, trotz Hauptstraße in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt an der Straße, Ausstattung super

Es war ein bisschen frisch abends - man kann aber den Vermieter benachrichtigen, damit die Heizung hochgestellt wird. Habe ich aber bei einer Übernachtung nicht für notwendig empfunden.

Super séjour avec de jolies visites aux environs et une accessibilité à la voie verte parfaite

Logement impeccable, situé face à la voie verte qui était très pratique étant partis avec notre petit chien. Tout y était au niveau ustensiles, électroménagers, joliment décoré. Parking en face, Sinon petit square au dessus avec un autre petit parking. Hôtes très sympathiques, à l'écoute de nos besoins mais discrets.

Tout était parfait, nous avons tout apprécié.

la gentillesse du propriétaire, sa générosité, j'avais demandé pour venir plus tôt, il a accepté (gratuitement), l'endroit cosy, la propreté, - vous vous sentez comme chez vous - en mieux !!

Je voyageais avec mon chat et il faisait chaud. J'aurais voulu ouvrir les fenêtres en oscillo battant ou s'ils y avaient eu des moustiquaires - j'avais peur que mon chat saute par la fenêtre vu que c'est un rdc. Donc j'ai ouvert les fenêtres avec les volets fermés donc j'étais un peu dans le noir. C'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose de négatif.

Erlebnisreicher Kurzurlaub in den wunderschönen französischen Ardennen

Die Lage des Appartments ist super.Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Maas,die Stadt und die Burg.EinParkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus zu finden. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind sehr fußläufig und auch nette Restaurants. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich, auch der Empfang im Appartment war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr nett.

Für mich war das Bett zu hart, aber das empfindet jeder anders, deshalb eigentlich kein Minus.
