Very good
There are the whole list of facilities including dishwasher, washing machine and big TV screen. All rooms are pretty big so as bathroom. It’s possible to control central heating so we have comfort temperature. And it was great that there is a dedicated parking spot. Procedure to check-in is clear.
Batteries in a remote from TV didn’t work. As we stayed for 2 weeks there were only 2 tablets for dishwasher. And also there wasn’t lid for frying pan or pot so there were some problems with cooking. Sofa upholstery requires renovation.

You would need to bring at least few hangers for renters, change both pans (as both do not work with induction), bigger
Location (close to tram and 25 min to old town, and 10 min to the beach by car), underground parking, slept well :)

Butas buvo neparuoštas visiškai.. Atvykę radome patalynę sumestą į krūvą, neapvilktą. Higienos priemonės mėtėsi ant žemės. Lovos nepaklotos.( Pridėjau foto). Buvome pakraupe!!! Butas nešvarus: grindys neplautos, visur žemės, smėlis ir dulkių kamuoliai!!! Veidrodis niekada nevalytas! Balkone visur purvas! Po buto langais yra geležinkelio bėgiai, kuriais naktį didžiuliu triukšmu važiuoja traukiniai, tai neįmanoma miegoti! Lovos čiužinys labai nepatogus, visas išgulėtas, purvinas ir sudubęs. Pagalvės dėmėtos! Butą nuomuoja įmonė, tai bandėm skambinti duotu tel.num, bet niekas mums nekėlė ragelio. Niekam nerekomenduojam čia apsistoti. Kainos ir kokybės santykis neatitinka visiškai!
