We all had a great time!! We saw a bear on the first night we were there! Not to far from the grocery store & town! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Overall the time was a blast! There were a few small issues that were easily overcome. Most bathrooms only had a partial roll of toilet paper. Limited to no paper products in the kitchen. Absolutely no spices in the kitchen. Outdoor trash can was completely full on arrival making it hard to dispose of our trash. However the location was great especially for trolley pickups so we didntt have to drive into town. Bedrooms were comfortable with all having their own their own bathrooms. Overall cleanliness was good with minor typical dust issues. Would definitely not hesitate to return.return to this property.including salt and pepper.

The rooms in the house were smaller than expected. The living room on the first floor was small as was the kitchen area and the bedroom. I sent a message to the host with some issues. I did not hear back from them until the day before we were leaving. some issues.

This is a perfect stay for large groups. We were comfortable and cozy! We thought they needed to upgrade the pots and pans but it was a great stay all the same.

I was notified of HVAC not working on 3rd floor about an hour before check in ! I was already on the road. We were informed that it will be repaired and we could still check in at normal time! However after we got there, 3rd floor was supper hot - as expected on a 90+ degree weather! After we inquired , we were told to turn on the AC at 9:30 pm as it wouldn’t work before that. No explanation was given as to why. We turned on at 9:30 and the whole floor was still very hot .At 11pm,the reading on the thermostat was 81, and felt like it or even worse. I took a picture of the thermostat and sent it to the host. We couldn’t sleep on the 3rd floor with kids. I would like partial refund on my payment because the host couldn’t deliver the services as we have paid for it. I understand they have no control over things that happened but they have to pay for the circumstances not the guest! We paid for air conditioned units but wasn’t presented as expected.

My husband and I went with a group of best friends there was 10 of us. We all had our own room and bathroom. The cabin was gorgeous and the location didn’t disappoint. We saw bears every night, you could see them from the 2nd floor balcony…. Renee was a great host, she responds promptly and checks in to make sure all of your needs are met. We will be back to Laurel Oaks

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a hiccup with the door code but when I called I was given a code that worked. The towels left black fuzz everywhere but all in all this was a great cabin with excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend to anyone and even stay again myself.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The view is awesome. The location couldn’t is absolutely perfect you are not in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, but you are close enough that it is not but a 5 minute drive away. We did the Skypark and Anakeesta with Astra Lumina added on I highly recommend. Saturday by far was the absolute best, was on the second floor deck and saw one of local resident black bears crossing the street below going to the dumpster at LeConte Tapas and Grill. We watched for a long time. Watched the original one get run off by a much larger one that was able to stand flat footed and pull the bags out of the dumpster by his mouth and put them on the ground and then when he left we saw a mother and her cub. Definitely made our trip!!! Got lots of pictures!!!

All was good house is beautiful. Only negative comment is towels were all brand new. Left black fuzz when used and we had to launder them -- they need to be washed a couple of tines before use.

The cabin was just what we wanted, and we enjoyed our visit. Everything was comfortable and the location fit our needs for the convention we were attending. My only suggestions is to place some dressers in the rooms. The large closet is nice, but where to place your folded clothing? I don't like plopping my suitcase on the floor and working out of that. So at lease a luggage stand, if that's the case. The TV stand had an opening where extra pillows and blankets were stored, so to use it we would have to move those somewhere. Other than that, it really is a beautiful cabin, very comfortable, and lots of space! Gorgeous animal accents were so nice! Thanks so much!

we were very pleased with out stay. it was located near town and especially the trolley pickup. nice room thru the entire building. we were in the cabin when we slept overnight, showering/changing and thats about it. a few of us took advantage of the hot tub and the kids loved fooling around the video arcade.

We spent a long weekend at this property. We had 14 people in our party and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The location is very convenient to locations both in and outside of Gatlinburg.

The house was in a great location. Close to all the activities in town. Within walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the video game. Loved the hot tub! Plenty of seating for all of us. The beds were big and comfortable. We enjoyed the ground floor bedroom and bath. We would recommend to any large family getting together to enjoy the Smokies.

My 3 brothers, our wives and our dad celebrated his 78th birthday this past weekend. We traveled from KY, FL and VA and this was a perfect location. We appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, comfortable beds and the beautiful cabin. Everyone had a great time. The location was perfect and close to downtown, grocery store and restaurants.

This cabin was nice and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the area on the 2nd floor and plating the arcade game. Close to Gatlinburg and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had two inches of snow and had no trouble getting to the cabin. Really enjoyed our stay!

This trip was the first fo many more to come including my daughters, nieces, sister in laws and a great niece!!! Ages 27-68, 11 of us in total! This cabin was perfect for us!! The location was excellent, we were minutes away from the Gatlinburg Strip and the GSM entrance and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We had room to hangout together and were able to get some quiet time as needed as well--plenty of space!! We enjoyed the hot tub, the arcade game and just hanging in the rockers! The communication was minimal with the owners but it resulted in a quick reply! The cabin is stunning, clean and fully stocked!! There was plenty of parking and the cabin was so easy to get to, secluded but not at the same time. The Little House of Pancakes was an excellent choice for breakfast! We got there about 8-830 and never had a wait!! The Alamo was delicious-we dined in and got it to go one night! Both are within walking distance!! Our trip was perfect!! We could not have ask for anything better!!

We had 13 of us for our annual family vacation. This cabin was super clean, had ample amount of space, and was perfect for our family. We each were able to maintain privacy when we wanted to and got to play games and enjoy evenings in the hot tub together. The property was great for our family vacation. There were 14 of us total. Having 5 mater bedrooms with king size beds in each plus individual bathrooms per bedroom really made the property work for us. The place was clean. All of the instructions about the property were easy to follow. It was within walking distance of the main downtown attractions of Gatlinburg, but the weather was extremely hot and humid, so we got very sweaty during our trips into town and back. We saw bears on multiple occasions in the neighborhood and one time a rather large adult bear walked right by the hot tub. Overall the property was great and had everything we needed. Space to gather, but also space to separate to our own private spaces, as well. We would highly recommend the property! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a family of 14 and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. The location was convenient to local downtown areas. We enjoyed the view of what we could see from our location of the mountains. We saw a bear while driving downtown roaming the streets and that was excited but scary to see. There were activities to enjoy downtown as well if you wanted to get and venture. Overall the trip was enjoyable and we had a great time!!

This cabin was a very convenient location to downtown, but don’t rent this cabin if you are wanting mountain views as the views are essentially of a busy street. The check in process was great and host was very easy to communicate with. We had 8 adults and honestly if we had anymore, we would have been cramped. The cabin is not as spacious as we anticipated and two of the bedrooms did not have any room for suitcase as the king beds took up the entire room. The beds were very comfortable and clean, but we could not get two of the TVs working. There are also a lot of taxidermy animals around. Overall, this cabin would have been very cramped with over 8 people but location was nice to downtown. I would rent again if we were just wanting to do downtown activities.
