Had a great time with family at Bella Vista. The kids liked the front area to play in and the adults enjoyed the wonderful view on the back balconies. The hosts were very responsive to questions and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort during the stay. Saw bears the first two days (remember to leave your doors locked!) which the kids loved. We would absolutely stay here again should the chance arise, thank you to Chris and Sarah for sharing your home!

Absolutely CLEANEST cabin we’ve ever rented. The yard is amazing. The views are amazing. The kitchen is massive. We will be back every year.The owners are incredibly responsive. The ONLY thing I would recommend improvement on is the blinds on a few doors were broken and not functional. But there are like 20 huge windows and doors to see the mountains out of so it was not inconvenient at all. 5 star review - perfect place!

House was exactly what we wanted and more - Nice House with a View, Comfortable Beds and Bear activity. House is set on a nice lot with plenty of parking with breathtaking views. We came to area for the Rod Run Car Show and House is conveniently located to everything. Had a Bobcat in our yard on Tuesday and a Bear got into our car on Friday when we were loading it but left after being told to and did not do any damage. We came back with wonderful memories, pictures and stories. We will rent this house every year going forward.

The stay in general was good, but the start was not the best…When we arrived to our cabin 20 minutes early understanding check in was at 4:00 pm. We were greeted by a gentlemen who gave us the 3rd degree about being 20 min early. We apologized and explained we drove 12 hours to get there so it was difficult to time it perfectly. We understood we couldn’t access the cabin until 4…he asked us to leave the property rudely then followed us down the mountain and told us we could go back up. He said he was sorry for his behavior and he was concerned that they would be canceling our stay…please note this is 20 minutes before our check in…..very unsettling and immediately stressed all of us out. Once getting into the cabin all of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to hand wash everything before using it because there was no dish washer detergent provided even though we were instructed to run the dishwasher before departure. The only cutting board was broken. The food prep knives were dull beyond use. The bottom of the garbage cans inside were completely covered with mold. The trash outside has garbage all around the inside of the cage…the cabin in general was dusty and kind of dirty. There was old food under the couches that our dogs ate lol…the exterior of the cabinets were all sticky and had a residue on them.
