Clean n good enough for great budgeted hotel Location is near town but it is in local residential area...you need motorcycle or car to get in n out . A day you will know well how close to many city spot... Easy to go around... Staff at reception are also when checking in n out..
Area is a bit so local...but somehow...worth for price we paid... I stay here only one quick night after arrival late from Chiangrai . Good for quick stay...
