Very clean and comfortable the outside was really nice.

The house was in a very desirable area in Beadnell among other Holiday homes.
Great for access to the places we wanted to see. The bed s were very comfortable and the conservatory was nice for a quiet read and watching the wildlife.
The doors on the bedrooms and bathroom didn't close properly and no lock on the bathroom door. No wardrobe in 2nd bedroom so our friends had nowhere to hang their clothes.

Short walk to beautiful beach
Uneven step at back door.
Would of benefited from a dressing table and mirror in double room.

location- close to an amazing beach
beds comfortable.
The property was cold for a couple of days because it hadn’t been heated for a while. The second bedroom is too small.
