Breakfast has limited spread I would recommend if small group better go for ala carte option, that might be cheaper for you. Food wise things like chole bhature or puri sabzi or PIZZAs are good, rest of the things are average. I like the staff courtesy. Enough parking.

Though rooms and staff are good. Some maintainance issues were there like my room lock was faulty, though no major problem. One problem is that there is construction happening in the back side of hotel which kills the good view and too much noise. Also, too many flies in my balcony & room (if you keep the room door open). There is a shaft in my room so anyone from top floor, I could hear water flowing in my room, weird it was.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Chail Residency. One of the biggest highlights of the property is its excellent location. The rooftop café offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, and we were fortunate to witness a truly mesmerizing sunset from there. It was undoubtedly one of the most memorable moments of our trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff was cordial, polite, and always ready to assist whenever needed.

While our overall experience was very good, the hotel could further enhance guest satisfaction by providing better facilities and support for cab drivers accompanying guests. A few basic arrangements for drivers would make the hospitality experience even more complete and convenient.
