Niyama Jungle Resort

Good location and comfortable stay in the hills, very peaceful. Food is also good. We booked a cottage, it was very beautiful. Book this if you want peaceful stay.

Here is my honest review: Location: Situated at very risky location at hill you should be have very experienced driving skill else definately your car will be fallen down can't go in night. It is in deep forest so near by there is nothing only this property is there. Extra money: If you are adding 2 year child on agoda so you need to pay extra amount i.e 1700 rs for 2 year child(which will auto add you will not able to see anywhere final amount will auto update) and No cancellation: you can't cancel once you book as you may already cheated Include dinner and breakfast: If you include dinner buffet in deal then they will keep you side and will give priority to alcart orders keep us wait till 9:30 pm for food(their policy after 9pm or late food for inclusion) Bonfire is chargeable. We asked that one person in our group is not eat onion and garlic so we request anything provide for one person without onion garlic so in dinner any how instead of chicken curry that request was accepted and jira aloo was given but in morning for the same it was added in bill, raising concern and request to remove that item from bill we received an arrogant response from staff that pay all or don't pay anything it was only 150 rs diirence as we already paid around *** for 1 night for 3 adult and 2 child and it was very small amount but their attitude was so high so instead of more arguments we just left as they already had. Buffet breakfast is limited only paratha curd, tea coffee or jam bread(that also special request) , also omlet was there thts all if you ask anything else first listen the attitude then pay extra as alcarte Only positive point is Property is big and clean so you can walk or roam around inside property like a big farm house but not resort feeling. swimming pool was closed as it was cold but there should be recling chairs as shown in pictures so people can spend time as we do in resorts that was missing. We also get the response for delay service that staff is changed yesterday and any how we are managing the things, but then why you are taking the bookings ? There are better options available I will suggest go for that, you feel cheated once you paid as you have no option
