Recently painted. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in excellent 16 unit complex located on the inter-coastal canal. Quiet, private, non-smoking inside condo as well as outside all common areas. Bright and fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Bright dining area overlooking canal. Small balcony off dining area. TV, 2 leather couches and one leather chair in living room. Flat screen TV in each bedroom. Free local and long distance calls to US and Canada. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedrooms and has tub shower. Second bathroom is two piece. On site outdoor pool. 2 BBQs available for use in courtyard. On site coin laundry.
Beach is 7 minute walk, tennis, golf, water sports, shopping are only minutes away. Great restaurants quick walk away. On site manager.
Walking: grocery store 3 minutes, restaurants 5 minutes, beach 7 minutes
Driving: Fort Lauderdale Airport 20 minutes, Miami International Airport 45 minutes, shopping 5 minutes, golf 5 minutes

Our second stay in Tom’s condo, we still appreciate the great location and all the facilities provided with the condo. Would recommend to anyone for a stay with kids!

The condo was very beautiful and cozy. The bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped. The environment was peaceful, beach, shops and restaurants near. Nice pool, we enjoyed it a lot! Tom took into account our individual needs.
Very successful choice for our family of four persons. Thank you Tom and Sophie!

Cozy, clean, and close to everything! Including, restaurants, grocery store, and the ocean. Loved our view from our kitchen and bedroom (the inlet to the Intercoastal), and from our living room (the pool). Hope to be back sooner rather than later.
