The staff, the location
The size of the room, but we rezerve a budget room so we know that will be small

Great location downtown Bansko.
We were forced to pay upon checkin. Not a deal breaker, but hardly a common experience. After a long trip the last we wanted to do was deal with payments and paperwork upon arrival. Very weird.

The managers were very flexible to receive us at a very late hour and allowed us to use a staff room to allow us a very lare checkout
The location was both in the center and quite close to the ski site.
The ad talked about a safe and a place to heat food - we did not find any of these
