Le Chiavi di Casa

Location couldn't be described as central - a little difficult to find.

When we arrived at the property at 15.30hrs, during it's Check-in window advertised as 14hrs. to 22 hrs., but earlier than our expected arrival time, we spent 25 minutes outside ringing the doorbell without any response. We concluded the property was no longer available and secured alternative accomodation for our 3 night stay in Naples. After some correspondence with Booking.com, I am pleased to report we received a full Refund very promptly after writing direct to the property.

Central location, clean, bed was decent, big room. Breakfast had a lot of options. The owners are very helpful and friendly and they provide you free water and a small gift, so you feel very welcomed.

Some noise in the morning from the breakfast area. You have to walk uphill for 5-10 minutes from the metro station (there is another metro station to avoid that but the road doesn’t feel safe for walking at night).

We were in Italy for three weeks, staying in a number of places. Le Chiavi di Casa was hands-down our favorite stay! The hosts, Benedicta and Davide, are *incredibly* thoughtful and generous. They gave us special food for my dietary issues, they offered restaurant recommendations, including making reservations for us, they booked our cab, they offered rides, they gave us gifts. Hospitality off the charts. And their space is really, really nice. Great lighting, comfy bed, nice decorations. Altogether a WONDERFUL place.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in Naples. It is a beautiful B&B, close to loads of local attractions/restaurants and within easy walking distance of public transport. Davide was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic trip. His hospitality was second to none and his recommendations really helped us make the most out of our trip. We highly recommend Le Chiavi di Casa!
