We are a group of 10 and stayed in this fabulous house. There were enough bedrooms /bathrooms and the house was very spacious. Huge lounge area upstairs and another downstairs with a snooker table.

We loved staying at this house for our Colorado trip with friends! We had 9 people total and had plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. House is very close to shopping and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is incredibly spacious and accommodating! There are some “sleeps 14” places on Vrbo that only fit that many people if you sleep on and under couches! This one could easily fit 14 people comfortably, everyone getting a nice bed, and only 1-2 sleeping on the comfy couches.
Great amenities, incredible views! The views and distance from Keystone is worth the stay alone. The pool table kept us busy, and was at the center of many wagers on who did house duties haha.
Siddhartha answers promptly, is very welcoming and helpful, and managed everything like clockwork. Can’t recommend this place enough if you have lots of family/friends!
