The views from the condo are amazing! Sitting on the balcony & relaxing is a great way to spend the afternoon. Centrally located it provides easy access to all the outdoor activites in the area.
The booking company Evolve & owner were very responsive to any questions we had.
I would highly recommend this condo!

This is the fourth year we have rented this condo. The view is spectacular. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the kitchen is always fully stocked. There is so much to do around Dillon like biking, hiking and golf. We love this place and will be back next year.

The pictures and narrative in the VRBO listing are super accurate! Our family always looks for a condo rental that facilitates two major priorities, use of shuttles to avoid taking the rent car to the resort and preparing meals akin to what we're accustomed to at home - gas grill is a must! We eat a big breakfast and dinner every day and take sack lunches with us to the slopes. Unit 320 at Coeur du Lac hit every metric. Great appliances including new front load washer/dryer and plenty of cookware and utensils to do anything we needed in the kitchen. The 3-burner Weber Spirit gas grill on the balcony cooked all of our dinner entrees. The grates were very clean and the burners lit effortlessly. It is obvious that the Owner and guests appreciate this asset. The DW is silent and large. The range and oven were new and clean. The large side by side Whirlpool fridge has an in-door ice and water dispenser.
(Most owners provide freezers with ice trays). Parking is very close to the unit with just a couple of flights of stairs (one outdoor, other indoor) to help accelerate one's altitude acclimation.
The bedrooms and bathrooms situation worked for our foursome (teenage son & daughter each had a twin bed). Something minor to note, each bathroom has only a "public" entrance; the bedrooms are adjacent as are the bathrooms to each other, hence no private access to either restroom. This information is useful for any mixed groups of guests.
When our desires to ski Summit County return, we definitely will be looking to stay here again!

We have stayed here for three years and love this place. The views are spectacular and the place is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything. It is always clean and the washer and dryer really helps. We will,always come back to our happy place!
