Come enjoy this rare riverfront penthouse condo in historic Old Town Pagosa Springs. This small, beautiful condo complex is adjacent to the mighty San Juan River, close by are both the river walking trail and Yamaguchi Park, and it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and downtown shopping as well as the famous Pagosa Hot Springs & Bath area.
This 1,700 square foot condo can easily sleep 6. You’ll love the well executed open floor plan and the privacy its layout provides. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open to one another. There’s a hall full-bath located nearby. The large guest bedroom with queen-sized bed is off the kitchen area; it contains a walk-in closet, TV, club chair and large bench for your comfort. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with a second fireplace and private balcony wile featuring a king-size bed as well as a full chaise making it an amazing retreat. The master bath has an over-sized spa-like bathtub/shower with custom tile. There’s also a washing machine and dryer located in the master bath area. The cozy private den area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests. The intimate decks off the living area and master bedroom allow you to soak in the sights and sounds of this alpine community. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking all meals and a propane grill on the living room balcony. There’s a beverage station area adjacent to the kitchen for preparing coffee and hot tea to night time cocktails or wine.
The panoramic views from this third-level condo are stunning; they start with the river to the south, span the Reservoir Hill recreation area, up the wet land reserve along the river walk and end at the ancient hot springs with the majestic north range of the San Juan Mountains as their backdrop. Thank you for making the check-in process so simple! Great communication. Very nice place. Great location. And although we didn’t really take advantage of it, the view looked great (we mostly spent time on the slopes).

Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top.

Excellent locations, especially for Colorfast activities at park and easy close access to downtown. Also great for being next to river and walking around river walk. Only thing to note is this is a 3rd story condo, so be aware if with elderly or physical limitations. About 40 steps up, short steps with multiple landings we had no issues with.

Could have been cleaner. Cobb webs from lights and fan. Also inside windows. Dropped something under bed, couple years dust under bed. Bought another small grill for balcony, the one that is there was completely crusted up Wasn’t advised it was upstairs. But that’s ok.
