Fireside Winter Escape w/ Pagosa Mountain Views

Snow settles over Pagosa Springs, and the best seat in town is beside the stone fireplace, with tall windows framing the mountains. Spend the day on the slopes at Wolf Creek, then ease tired muscles in the geothermal pools at The Springs Resort & Spa. Back home, light the fire, open a board game, and let the evening slow down. Book your winter getaway and watch the peaks catch the first light from the balcony. -- THE PROPERTY -- VRP-26-0436 | Vacation Rental Permit: 012730 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Bedroom 1: 1 king fed - Bedroom 2: 1 king bed - Living Room: 1 sleeper sofa INDOOR LIVING - Flat-screen Smart TV - Stone fireplace - Hardwood floors OUTDOOR LIVING - Balcony - Views KITCHEN - Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher - Drip coffee maker, microwave - Bar seating GENERAL - Free WiFi - 2 portable air conditioning units FAQ - No outdoor grilling ACCESSIBILITY - 2-story townhome, steps to enter - Bedrooms & full bath on 1st floor PARKING - Driveway (2 vehicles) - No road parking -- THE LOCATION -- - Close to trails - 2 miles to Lake Pagosa - 3 miles to San Juan River Recreation - 4 miles to The Springs Resort & Spa - 9 miles to Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park - 55 miles to Durango-La Plata County Airport -- REST EASY WITH US -- Evolve makes it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave.
